International American University (IAU) Confers Honorary Doctorate in Economics upon Mr. Le Huu Hung – Chairman of Hung Duy Group

The Board of Professors and the Scientific Council of International American University (IAU) have awarded and conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Economics upon Mr. Le Huu Hung – Chairman of Hung Duy Group and Vice President of the Vietnam Cassava Association – within the framework of the “Global Science and Economic Forum 2024” held in Dubai.

This recognition is a great pride for Hung Duy Group, marking the intellect, leadership, and stature of Vietnamese entrepreneurs on the global economic map, while contributing to the promotion of a culture of learning and aspirations for growth. This honorary degree not only acknowledges his achievements and contributions but also honors his global mindset and the sustainable development values that Mr. Lê Hữu Hùng has consistently contributed to the economy, society, and community throughout his entrepreneurial career.

Mr. Le Huu Hung is both an educator and a business founder, and is regarded as the “great mentor” of Hung Duy Group. In every role, he maintains the mindset of a lifelong learner, continuously striving for improvement, updating knowledge, and embracing innovation. Reflecting on this honorary title, he shared: “To achieve what I have today, I have worked and studied continuously for 30 years (1994 – 2024).”

This prestigious recognition is organized by the Global Trade & Technology Council of India (GTTCI India) in collaboration with intergovernmental organizations worldwide, as part of a series of honors recognizing scientists, socio-political leaders, and outstanding entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions to sustainable economic development on a global scale.
