Mr. Le Huu Hung began his career as a teacher and was raised in a family with a long-standing tradition in tapioca starch production. Carrying forward this legacy with dedication, passion, and strong business acumen, he has continuously adopted advanced technologies, laying the foundation for and leading Hung Duy’s growth since 1994.
Guided by the philosophy, “True success begins with character”, Mr. Le Huu Hung places MORALITY at the core of all business conduct. Throughout his leadership journey, he is regarded as a respected mentor and a source of inspiration for generations of employees. Formed in the 1960s, the family-owned tapioca starch workshop of Mr. Hai Sai (real name Tram Kim Sai, commonly known as Le Van Cai) was built, maintained, and developed through generational succession.
Mr. Le Huu Hung, the eldest son of Mr. Hai Sai, together with subsequent generations, has continued and dedicated himself to expanding the family business, consistently updating and applying advanced technologies to production.
Located in Tay Ninh Province – known as Vietnam’s “cassava capital” – and benefiting from the harmony of favorable timing, location, and human factors, this region has become the cradle for the formation and development of the Hung Duy brand.
Mr. Le Huu Hung – Founder, officially established Hung Duy Trading Industry Transportation Im – Export Co., Ltd, marking the official formation of the “Red Horse” brand.
Invested in and commenced operations of Factory No.1, specializing in tapioca starch production with a capacity of 350 tons/day at Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam along with the establishment of Branch 06.
Invested in and officially inaugurated Factory No.2, specializing in tapioca starch production with a capacity of 350 tons/day, with a total investment of over VND 350 billion, and established Branch 08.

Officially established and commenced operations Branch of Starch Trading in Can Tho City, marking a significant milestone in expanding the domestic market.

Officially commenced operations of Factory No. 4 – Bao Duy, specializing in tapioca starch production with a capacity of 150 tons/day in Thanh Binh Commune, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Established Thanh Thanh Xuân Investment and Development Industrial Joint Stock Company.

Officially commenced operations of Factory No. 5 – Thanh Thanh Xuan, specializing in tapioca starch production with a capacity of 350 tons/day at Thanh Xuan Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
Established INFINI Production And Trade Company Limited, operating in the production and trading of modified tapioca starch.

Officially commenced operations of Factory No. 6, specializing in tapioca starch production with a capacity of 150 tons/day at Ninh Dien Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
