Honoring Ms. Le Minh Truc – CEO of Hung Duy Group – Red Star Award 2025
The Red Star Award 2025 ceremony was recently held in Hanoi, gathering senior leaders from the Party, Government, central ministries, and over 1,000 representatives from the business community nationwide under the theme “Aspiration for a Strong Nation”.
Ms. Le Minh Truc, Chief Executive Officer of Hung Duy Group, was honored among the Top 100 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025, recognizing exemplary young business leaders in a new era of growth and integration.
This recognition reflects Ms. Le Minh Truc’s leadership journey defined by dedication, resilience, and pioneering spirit. Under her direction, Hung Duy Group has grown into a leading private economic group, creating employment for more than 2,000 people across an ecosystem of 11 member companies. The Group continues to elevate the “Made in Vietnam” brand on the global stage, actively participating in international supply chains while contributing meaningfully to socio-economic development and local communities.
Alongside the award ceremony, Ms. Le Minh Truc also participated as an official delegate in the working sessions and plenary of the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association (Term: 2025 – 2030), reaffirming her commitment to responsibility, contribution, and collaboration with the next generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in a new phase of integration.
With a history of over 26 years, the Red Star Award stands as a prestigious symbol of the intellect and leadership of Vietnam’s young entrepreneurs.
